Acceptance of these terms

By using marketerjob.com or signing up for MarketerJob, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What MarketerJob is

MarketerJob is a job board that connects companies posting marketing roles with marketers looking for their next job by specialty. We provide the board, the listing tools and the filtering and alert features. MarketerJob is not a recruiter or employment agency, and it is not a party to any employment relationship between an employer and a candidate.

Illustrative listings

The job listings, companies, monograms and salary bands displayed across the site are illustrative product UI used to demonstrate how the board works. They may not reflect live or current openings, and no real job application is submitted through the current site interface. As the product develops, we will be clear about what is a live opening and what is illustrative.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service in line with all laws that apply to you and for providing accurate information. Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any role they submit. Job seekers are responsible for the information in their profile and applications. You are responsible for the decisions you make and any relationship you enter into with another user.

Acceptable use

MarketerJob is intended for lawful, good-faith posting of marketing roles by legitimate employers and genuine job seeking by marketers. You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit false, misleading or unlawful listings, roles or identity information.
• Post a role you are not authorized to post, or impersonate any person or company.
• Use the board to solicit users for unrelated services or schemes disguised as a role.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

Your content and data

As between you and us, you keep your rights to the content you submit, such as messages, profile details or, for employers, role content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate and display the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

Browsing the board and applying are free for job seekers. Posting a marketing role is a paid product, with plans starting at $199 for a 30-day post, and MarketerJob Pro for job seekers is a paid monthly plan. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our plans and prices, and we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

Service availability

We work to keep MarketerJob available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service.

Intellectual property

MarketerJob, including its software, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. The names of other companies and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any listing reflects a live opening, and we are not responsible for your dealings with any other user. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketerJob and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, your reliance on any listing, or any dealing with another user. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your plan. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
